Student Grants

Student grants are supported by laboratories and institutions across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. A certain number of grants will be offered to students in the field of accelerator science to attend IPAC'25. The grants will include a waiver of the conference registration fee and a per diem allowance for accommodation and food during the conference.

  Grant applications closed on 10 December, 2024, 23:59 CST (UCT+8).

  Grant application

   

  1. The deadline for applications and reference letters is December 9, 2024 the same of abstract deadline.
  2. Before applying for a student grant, you should have already submitted an abstract to and taken note of the contribution ID.
  3. Grant application with at least 2 reference letters – signed by a supervisor, head of institute, laboratory or university department where the applicant is working or studying – must be submitted by using the on-line application form Letters of support/references must be uploaded within the above deadline.
  4. Should your supervisor prefer to submit the above mentioned letter personally, it is possible to send it directly via email to ipac25students@nsrrc.org.tw.
  5. All student grant applicants will be informed about the result of their application within mid February 2025.
  6. Please, remember to register at the conference only after receiving notification of your grant application.
  7. Information about accommodation options for student grant recipients will be communicated later together with the grant notification.

  Grant recipients

   

  1. Please find below instructions and duties for grant recipients.
  2. Students must present their work at the special poster session on Sunday afternoon, June 1, 2025, preceding the conference.
  3. Must submit a contribution to the proceedings
  4. Must be volunteer to act session assistant (assisting the Session Chairs/running microphones) during the conference sessions.
