IPAC'25 presents an outstanding opportunity for the entire accelerator community, particularly for the younger generation, to engage with experienced scientists and engineers. It also serves as a platform for industry to highlight the latest advancements in accelerator technology. These benefits are most effectively achieved through direct, interpersonal interactions, which we are dedicated to promoting both during the scientific program and through a variety of social events. All passes under the 'Exhibitor' categories (including both Exhibitor Extra Pass and Exhibitor Daily) will display the following information: NAME – SURNAME – NAME OF THE EXHIBITOR.

Registration Changes
Your confirmation email with the confirmation number will allow you to make registration changes if needed. In the case that you do not receive an email, please contact the registration office at info@ipac25.org. Please do not register again.
Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received registration office ( info@ipac25.org ) by March 31, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 20% deducted from each refund.
No refunds will be granted after March 31 , 2025.

Step 3 : All registrants will be transferred to the AWESOMEET site for payment processing.
